I really wanted to like this because it looks good at first and the style is nice. But for the price, I expected better quality. The material feels a bit cheap, and the stitching started coming loose really quickly. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

The site was kind of confusing for me. I kept clicking around trying to find basic info, and it just took longer than it should have. Checkout worked in the end, but it felt messy, really messy at times. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it wasn’t smooth, and I got annoyed quickly.

Tbh, I’d be a little cautious with this one. The safety info feels limited, and I’m not totally sure how reliable it actually is. Just not enough details for me to feel confident using it, imo...

I ordered from comfortbaby.global really hoping it would help my baby feel more comfortable, but it didn’t make much of a difference. My baby was still fussy and unsettled, so I just kept waiting and trying it again like I was supposed to magically be patient, but nothing really changed.
The product also wasn’t as soft as I thought it would be, which was disappointing. Maybe it works great for some babies, but for us it felt like a waste of money, especially after having to give it time and “be patient” for no real payoff. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I mailed it back a few weeks ago already, and the refund still has not showed up. Not really sure what is going on with it, but yeah, still waiting...

Ordering was kind of annoying. The checkout kept glitching, and the confirmation email took forever to come through. I did eventually get the order placed, but the whole site felt messy and confusing. It’s like every online checkout has to make things harder than necessary

I had a question about my order and support got back to me quickly. They explained the shipping stuff clearly, clearly enough that I wasn’t left guessing, and they were friendly the whole time. It did take a little longer than I was hoping to get everything sorted, but it all worked out in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the help I got

I was really disappointed with this purchase. I feel like I paid way too much for what actually showed up, and the quality just feels cheap. Shipping wasn’t great either, so overall it definitely didn’t feel worth the money!!

I checked the size chart before ordering, but it actually ended up being way too tight. Definitely fits smaller than I expected.
